Fed: Charges against ATSIC's Geoff Clark adjourned
The hearing of police charges against ATSIC chairman GEOFF CLARK and four other menhas been adjourned until September 11.
In the Warrnambool Magistrates Court today the five men faced charges resulting froman alleged pub brawl last May outside a hotel at Warrnambool hotel, in Victoria's south-west.
Fifty-year-old GEOFF WAYNE CLARK is facing 19 charges, including assaulting police,inciting a person to obstruct police, hindering police, refusing to leave licensed premisesand riotous behaviour.
Nineteen-year-old DAVID WAYNE CLARK, 17-year-old LOWELL JAMES HUNTER, 57-year-old TREVOREDWARD WILLIAMS and 29-year-old JAMIE CHATFIELD face similar charges.
